The Boro Flight Pant is our relaxed balloon silhouette, designed for ease and durability. Each pair is made from up-cycled Hawaiian shirts, creating a one-of-a-kind composition of color and pattern.
Sashiko stitched detailing reinforces areas of distress, adding texture while extending the life of the fabric. The result balances repair, utility, and individuality.
Working with “Concur” a social enterprise in Thailand’s most southern province, “Boro For Peace by W’menswear” is made by women artisans of the Muslim minority group in Yala province.
One third of Concur’s net profits are invested into improving the quality of life for these artisans whose lives have been affected by civil unrest in the region.
Through the art of Boro, we hope to shine a spotlight onto the ethnic Malay culture in Thailand’s Southern border provinces, increasing awareness and prosperity to their communities.
Model is 180cm tall wearing size 30. Each pair is unique due to the nature of the up-cycling process.
